III. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS IN REGISTRATION

3.2. The User may at any time at his / her discretion stop using the Services provided on the Website. Upon termination of these Terms of Use between U EU E-BG EOOD and the User, U EU E-BG Ltd shall remove the user's profile and delete its password for access to it. When you write us through the form on our website or email us, we store your data for a period of 1 year so that we can process your request as well as answer your subsequent questions. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent!

We note that in order to ease the order and purchase process and the subsequent execution of the contract with you, we store your IP address as well as your name, address and email address. The information you provide is necessary to fulfill our contractual or pre-contractual obligations to you. We do not provide this data to third parties except the courier company, with which we bring you the purchase and our accountant.

In an incomplete order, we delete the data entered. Upon completion of a contract and a contract executed by us on the grounds of Art. 6, para. (1) (a) and (b) of the GDPR shall keep all the details of the legal relationship until the expiration of the period provided for in Art. 12 of the Accountancy Act (SAC) for 10 years.
